If you experience any problem with our website or with your order, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@maisvanhvit.com.

We recommend that you read the following carefully when shopping from our website as you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions when you place an order. 



All prices include 25% VAT in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated. Prices are only valid in Denmark. We reserve our right not to accept your order in the event of misprints, changes in price and sold-out items.


Ordering and payment

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail shortly after.
Your payment amount will be withdrawn from your bank account after the order has been shipped.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.



We ship with PostNord. Within Denmark you can expect your package to arrive within 2-7 workdays after you received your order confirmation.

International orders within 2-10 workdays.

Free shipment within Denmark.
International shipment fee depends on the chosen country. 

Mai Svanhvit is not responsible for any damage during the transportation. We will pack everything carefully to avoid any damage. 



You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. Please send an e-mail to info@maisvanhvit.com if you wish to return your order and explain the reason for the return. Please send your invoice with the return package. 

We do not accept orders that have been worn, washed or altered. When we have received the product and it has been checked we will credit the same bank account that was used when the order was made. 

You are responsible for the return expenses.

Notifications of defects

All products are covered by the Danish sales of goods act. As a customer you have the right to complain about any item 2 years after your purchase. If the defects, deficiencies or wear and tear are due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is lost. Any complaint will go through a control check why you should send an e-mail to customerservice@maisvanhvit.com explaining the problem with the product. Mai Svanhvit will not cover the shipment fees in case of a complaint.

Mai Svanhvit reserve the right to reject complaints on products, which have not been handled correctly and according to instructions. Especially styles in fine silk and sewn on parts such as bottons should be treated with care. This information is displayed on the ‘detail and care’ of the garment at the time of purchase and on the care label.
